LMRI provides robust site inspections/quality control programs for the roofing industry. You can choose to have weekly or daily inspections, just one site inspection or full-time services if required. We tailor our services to your project and specific needs.
Following compeltion of the work, and any deficiencies, a final inspection and report are
created for the entire project. Documentation is created to confirm that any damage caused by
the contractor is repaired, that any deficient work is corrected, and that the project has been
completed to the standards specified.
Following completion of the Final Inspection, the contractors final billing is reviewed. All items such as materials, liens, WorkSafebc costs are confirmed to be cleared, and that you are satisfied with the project, the contractors final invoice is approved. The owners are then provided a completed Final Project Report containing all the project information for your records in one location. A copy of the Final Project Record is also maintained at our office, a digital copy of which can always be provided.
Some roofing deficiencies appear over time. We recommend having your project re-inspected at 2, 5 and 8 years. Many such deficiencies are included in your warranty. Make sure that any issues are addressed during the warranty period.
